Bodywork

My training is rooted in Integrative Functional Bodywork based on European Osteopathic principles from The Ankrum Institute.

The techniques that I work with encompass the following systems of the body:

• Musculoskeletal (muscles & bones)

• Visceral (organs)

• Cranial Sacral (membranes & fluid that surround the brain & spinal cord)

• Fascial (connective tissue network that communicates across the entire body)

I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself when it is met As You Are.
